Pro Shop
In the clubhouse at Carthage Golf Course, you will find our quaint, yet up-to-par pro shop. We offer all the essentials, as well as great golf gifts for any occasion. Our friendly staff will be happy to assist you with all your questions about club selection and merchandise. Swing by before or after your next round.
Practice Facilities
Our practice facility includes one of the best 8,000 square foot practice putting greens in the area. It has a balanced combination of level area and slope providing all of the conditions you will encounter on a putting green. Our pitching and chipping area has a 1200 square foot green with a practice bunker. We offer a 35 yard deep Bermuda grass area to practice hitting those pitch shots into a real green. Our practice range is located on the east side of the property. The practice range offers a 15 person hitting area with over 10 targets for you to practice your game. It is deep enough to handle the longest ball strikers around. Our hitting bay provides some shelter when you want to get out and practice during inclement weather. Stop by the Pro Shop and get a range token to redeem them at our ball machine and start practicing today.
Snack Bar
We are also pleased to offer a variety of food & beverage services to our patrons. Whether you want a salty snack or a sweet treat, our snack bar has something to hit the spot. When the course seems to have your number, relax in the shade with your friends and a cool beverage, and enjoy the peaceful surroundings of Carthage Golf Course.
Full Swing Golf Simulator
A partnership with the YMCA has allowed us to offer you state of the arc technology and bring you the best golf simulator in the industry. When you book your time, you get a private golf simulator space for yourself and your playing partners. You can play TPC courses right here in Carthage, or hit on the driving range to practice your distances and shot shaping. Whatever you want to work on, work on it at our Full Swing Golf Simulator just down the road located at the Fair Acres Y on 400 S. Maple Street.
